Introducing FutureGoals Jobs

In this blog we’ll be talking about one of the new features you can find on the FutureGoals website.

There has been a new addition to the website called FutureGoals Jobs which can be found here: FutureGoals Jobs or on the top navigation bar of the site.

What is it?

This is a page dedicated to people who are searching for their next job, apprenticeship or training opportunity. The website can be accessed and used to find jobs, training offered through the main colleges and apprenticeships in the West Yorkshire area.

Why should I use it?

FutureGoals Job offers people visiting the page a chance to search for any opportunity they are after in a dedicated space to West Yorkshire. Are you thinking of finding a new job or looking for an apprenticeship or training? You can narrow down your search by location or search the whole of West Yorkshire for these opportunities.  

How do I use it?

It’s easy to use, simply search on the homepage for all opportunities or use the drop-down box to select the which you are interested in. You can use a postcode and a keyword to narrow down your search to areas you are searching for. Alternatively use the tabs at the top to narrow down the areas to jobs, training, or apprenticeships.

The search results are colour coded so you can easily see which results are jobs (red) which are training (blue) and which are apprenticeships (orange).

On the page you can also find links to our other support we offer residents of West Yorkshire, including Employment hub, Skills Connect, AEB and Enterprise.
