Blended learning

Fast-tracking healthcare management for Graduates

Sign up to this course

This programme aims to equip delegates with targeted knowledge and skills to confidently deliver healthcare managerial roles.

Fast tracking for the average person normally means a more direct, efficient and quicker way to do things. In project management it means doing activities in a coordinated and compressed manner to deliver the same high-quality objective. This programme aims to fast-track graduates to become successful healthcare managers.

The programme is purposefully a blended offering to fit with delegates working lives, be inclusive and convenient. Delegates will form a group identity working together within the programme sessions but also being encouraged to offer peer support throughout the programme duration. Knowledge exchange will be via taught sessions, guided and self-directed reading. NHS professionals will contribute bringing their life experience and knowledge of varied NHS roles to the delegates. We envisage that students will feel more confident and capable in applying and successfully securing NHS post programme completion.
