- Understand the roles and responsibilities of the role within the early years sector
- Identify different types of settings within the early years sector
- Understand communication techniques within early years settings
Understanding a business within the Early Years Sector
- Principles of business within the early years sector
- Business Communications and information within in the early years sector
- Upholding excellent customer services standards within the early years sector
- Solving Problems and making decisions
